Component scope

Custom gripper fingers and jaws, replaceable contact pads, adapter plates, tool mounting plates, vacuum-tooling plates, sensor brackets, locating parts and lightweight tooling structures.

Metal and plastic combinations

Aluminum or steel structures can be coordinated with POM, Nylon, PTFE, PEEK, polyethylene or other confirmed contact, guide and wear components.

Interface information

Provide 3D models, critical 2D dimensions, robot or tool interface, workpiece geometry, load, cycle, gripping method, sensor positions and assembly requirements.
